Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Pulled a gun whilst already under gunpoint, attempting to use inadequate amounts of cover to do so
Why should this appeal be considered?: - By the time the user said "Show me your hands" I was turning the corner, if not already turne
- At the frame where he begins saying "Show me your hands" he had his gun aimed at all of us, not at me
- I did not pull out my gun under gunpoint, I had my gun out before he peaked outside the doorway
- I began aiming my gun as the SS looked away from me, I don't think he knew I had a gun out
- He looks away as I'm pulling my gun up and I shoot him
This situation is understandably very hard to moderate as its very fast timing, but I think this POV will help
