Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint, resulting in his death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: ive been warnned for Failing to comply under gun point the staff member didnt consider that i had a cover that i went behind said it is not relevant, when i had enough time to go behind the tesla and pull out a gun The officer in the clip came to me after i pulled out the gun the other cop also did the same i wasnt gun pointed directly from an angle which i didnt have cover to, Also in other cases People Run away from direct GP to cover and pull out a gun and it is normal and take more time to do so.

After discussion, we have reached the conclusion that it was not nearly enough cover, as proven by the fact that you got immediately shot before you were even able to turn your camera. Quoting 3.4 policy, "if the attacker is close to you and you do not have enough time to pull out your firearm, you MUST obey his orders" You pulled while under direct gunpoint too, not once you had secured a cover, which did not help your case either, and all of this while you were surrounded by cops.
