Why should this appeal be considered?: As I broke into this mans house, I started running before he pointed a gun at me and telling me to surrender which I could not pick up on due to the quality of his microphone and how I was just about in range to hear him speak, a quiet and low quality microphone would be the sole reason I did not put my hands up after he told me to. In the heat of the moment it is extremely difficult to compute his sentence's he is saying at me in such a quiet manner due to the microphone. Here I have attached a video of which he clipped to prove my points.
