Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User crowbarred a car with the owner inside, putting their life at unnecessary risk.

Why should this appeal be considered?: This warning reason does not make any sense. The AR provides that " by crowbarring a car, you have allowed this player to get KOS on you,". This reasoning does not follow. Does raiding a property, with the owner nearby, break 3.4 because they now have KOS on you? How about shooting someone in the foot after a fist fight to put an end to it? What about starting a PD raid with cops nearby? This reasoning seems to imply that any action that gives another player KOS against you is somehow an unreasonable risk to life, thereby breaking 3.4. This has never been the case and should not be going forward.

The reasoning in the AR then continues by stating "The vehicle could have easily been used to run you over and kill you or start a shootout, given that you were also in the crowbarring animation, you have put your life at an unnecessary risk as there is no clear benefit to your actions. " First, with respect to benefits to my actions, I clearly stated in the reply that I crowbarred to intimidate the player inside as he was badmouthing me and my gang. This is a clear benefit. Second, the crowbar animation is fairly short and at no point did the player drive toward me in a way where I was certain I would be driven over if I tried crowbarring again. Even if I was run over, there were armed gang members nearby to protect me from death. Therefore, given the context, this does not apply either.

Overall, I believe that this reasoning sets a dangerous precedent and does not follow from previous staff punishments. I personally do not care about the warning, but this is a clear error in principle. Thank you for your review.
