Why should this appeal be considered?: This warning is false as it stands because of how dumb the whole argument with malekisweird was, my comment was a statement following his reply saying that women in islam have the highest honor in the world or something along those lines, I responded with the picture of a woman wearing a hijab as it's a great showcase of women not being treated fairly and we can see that in Iran at the moment. It's pretty obvious how this is derogatory towards women.
