intentionally but i dindt do it
intentionally i was chased down by the police and i crashed how can that be 3.15?

From the video you provided, it's fairly clear that you didn't consistently make an effort to avoid colliding with the divider.

Given the tunnel's layout and the options to manoeuvre by either turning or slowing down to make the full corner properly.

The collision could have been prevented if you were more careful when driving. As you didn't take adequate action to avoid damage to the stolen vehicle you were driving, this warning is justified.
