Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint resulting in there death

Why should this appeal be considered?: I don't think much needs to be said; this guy's own clip should be enough to get my warning overturned.
As I told Void, I got out and started running for cover when he started shooting Ashur. Funnily enough, he doesn't even gunpoint the car once in his own clip, nor does he have any visibility of it until I'm already running to cover to pull my gun.
Should also be noted that the other person on the right side of the car was also armed and was in a perfect position of cover to start shooting, a place where I was going to be caught in crossfire if I didn't start running.

@Headline quick question. What was the reason for KOS on all 5 of you

As far as I know, he only had KOS on Kronen who had thrown a grenade towards him.

@D3LLY Shouldn't have tried to gunpoint 5 armed people if he had KOS on 1 person; this alone wasn't very smart and should've waited for Kronen to be alone or somewhat away from his friends.

We have deemed @Headline didn't break 3.4, as you were gunning down everyone in their path and didn't really give anyone a chance, as can be seen by killing @Nakos straight away. Delly is distracted with gunning down Ashur for a few seconds, so obviously the others are going to take their chance to get into cover and not just get gunned down and lose their guns if they have a chance to.

And from what I can see, by the time Headline was fully gunpointed, he was behind cover already pulling a gun
