Why were you punished?: 4.1 - While playing as a Police Officer, this user escalated a situation by threatening to use the wrong amount of force in the given situations when other options were not exhausted.

Why should this appeal be considered?: the reason this should be appealed is the following. there was a suspect who was wrongfully broken free inside the emergency room with his friend and the user has since received a warning. there was another unconscious player that needed IMMEDIATE revival in the emergency room witch was blocked buy that guy and his suspect buddy that was also spawning in props and using grav gun. sconce the user blocking the door was an immediate treat to the life of the unconscious person for with holding emergency care, i called over the radio for backup and ems to 0 response and after substantial time i turned to threatening the use of lethal force if they did not stop. they did not stop as a result i engaged the suspect but was killed as a result of the people putting there lives at risk in an active shoot out by being extremely distracted and blocking the way multiple times. hence my argument is it was the correct amount of force and all available options were exhausted.

Upon reviewal with other staff members, we've determined that due to the gameplay mechanics, which is that you physically cannot get the door open and that since all options were in fact exhausted, a threat to cause harm to barricades suspects in a room does not in fact constitute a law violation, since officers are exempt from it as long as it is beneficial for the execution of their duties and proportional.
