Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @sza
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable
Your Steam Name: Alex.
Your Roleplay Name: Alex Aisice
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:169985789
Why were you punished?: 2.5 | User executed a player immediately and with no warning interaction for walking by a body he previously murdered at the Forest DD
Why should this appeal be considered?: As I tried explaining to sza in the F6 report. Me and my friend were in an active shootout and had just killed 3 people wearing purple, when I see a second/third car pull up and a purple guy with a gun sprinting towards me my first instinct is to shoot first.
In a situation like that there is no time for "warning shots" like sza told me to do. If I started shooting the floor he would have shot me first.
I understand he is just going to the drug dealer but in my head he is there to join the shootout with his buddies.
The warn reason is also not worded very well and doesn't explain what happened. I did not shoot him for "walking by a body", I shot him for sprinting straight towards me with a gun while im standing over what I thought was his friends body.
The clip I provided as evidence is the reporters clip, not mine. But you can see him running towards me and not the drug dealer. He had more than enough time to turn back, put the gun away or just go to the drug dealer because then I wouldn't have shot him. But when he sprints towards me, stops and stares at me ofcourse I'm going to shoot first.
I hope you guys can see my side of this
