Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @thehomelessdude
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable

Your Steam Name: cron73
Your Roleplay Name: Joshua Black
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:678201053

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Returned to their warranted property after completing a bank robbery

Why should this appeal be considered?: We had literally just returned to harvest our drugs which were at 80+% and there was like 8 planters, as we was gonna harvest and leave to drop off our bank money and not return, we had cops surrounding the property, we couldnt leave at all, as soon as we wiped pd we harvested and left.

It is well established that having participated in a Bank Robbery, you should not be returning to a property that you know is warranted and staying there. You opened yourselves up to the risk of being there and having a flashpoint with Police when they would eventually turn up to breach, which is almost always a given when it is warranted. This is an undue risk because you had several other options available to you, with the easiest one being to get someone else who would not be participating in the Bank Robbery to swap ownership with so that it wouldn't become warranted.

There was only one set of planters that was anywhere near done when you entered the property. We as a staff team have said on countless occasions that if the drugs are nowhere near done, then you need to either move them or cut your losses. Considering the progress of the grow on the other planters, perhaps you all should have considered not planting before going to do a Bank Robbery if you didn't want to have a potential loss, or moving them to a property that would not be warranted from the Bank Robbery, or planting somewhere outside like in the Forest.

You introducing potential loss by planting not long before commencing the Bank Robbery is not a mitigating circumstance that allows you to violate the spirit or letter of the Rule, rather it creates a situation in which it is your responsibility to come up with a viable solution to address the potential loss - like getting someone else to buy the property as mentioned - or to simply just accept you will lose that batch.
