Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello i was the mayor when we was driving my ss got gunpointed he jumped out and got shoot and my other ss was in the car and i was in the back of the car as mayor and then the police come and kill the persons who was gunpointing my ss how did i recive a warning for that because when i was all in the back and my ss was still in the car i got a warning for that?

At the moment all you have done is admitted you have broken 3.4 as you did not exit the vehicle whilst under GP.

I would also recommend reading the 3.4 guide to build your understanding of the rule and decide if you wish to continue disputing.

I totally get that, however, when you watch the clip it is clear you were under gunpoint.

So after watching the clip and reading through the guide, would you agree you broke rule 3.4?

Apologies, I didn’t read that bit, just your explanation so assumed it was rule 3.4!

After looking at the video provided in the action request, it is clear that you took advantage of the situation by staying inside the vehicle to avoid harm. This is deemed unrealistic since being inside a vehicle during a situation like this would most likely result in your death. The only reason you survived was due to the game mechanic that prevents players from being shot while inside vehicles, only allowing the vehicle itself to take the damage.

Given the facts of the situation where it is unequivocally evident that your death is imminent, 3.4 wouldn't apply here as rule 3.6 permits you to disregard 3.4 and do anything in your power to prevent or avoid your death — your best course of action is to flee, find cover or fight.
