Weird Graphics Glitches..

So basically i get this weird graphics error, well i think it's to do with that because of how shit my laptop is but I need some help.

I've tried:
- Resetting Everything(Fresh Install Of Windows)
- Reinstalling Gmod
- Reinstalling Steam
- Reinstalling And Changing Graphics Drivers
- Adding FPS boosters to the game (autoexec.cfg)
- Changing launch options (E.G: Dxlevel)

Laptop Specs:

intel core i5-5200u cpu @ 2.20ghz
Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
8GB RAM

Someone please help it's been going on too long now

side note: this does not happen at 4am in the morning when no one is on.
