When i join i crash

If i join the server, everyone is T pose and i crash 4 seconds into the server.
Please help, ive tried reinstalling addons but apparently that doesnt work.

I'm kinda the same but my game first goes ape shit crazy then it alt taps me out and closes itself

How many addons do you have?

64 bit operating system
8gb ram
running gmod on an ssd with 500gb available space currently
GTX 780
3.4Ghz
Not using any commands.
Ive also got about 600 addons, but clearing them doesnt help either.

Clearing your adding does make the game start smoother etc , I recommend having max 150-200 addons.

For the crashing , I really don't know although I have a similar problem where the game kept crashing , I just put a start up command in the steam game properties thingy and that fixed it

Have you attempted to verify the game cache through steam library? Another possible issue could be if you haven't activated Counter Strike. You can check that in the menu of Gmod down by the console icon, far right.
