Since the notes you take ingame acually save on your PC
where do i find the folder with the notes ?

yes i once found it randomly while going thru the files.

but now i forgot where they was and i need them cause i wanna make AR

Somewhere in your download or data folder of Garry's Mod. Just search for .txt while you're in the main Gmod menu (not the one with bin) and you'll find it
