Pretty sound that I got pending for enforcer. A day later I disappear for two weeks. If you haven’t heard me moaning about it, I’ve been shafted by my new ISP and an engineer tried to nick my copper wire - nottingham is a really nice city I swear! I’ve had no internet and a shite 4g connection.

so my ISP’s excuse today was “we wrote down that we were to book an appointment in our system but forgot to book the appointment with the engineer” This has happened 3 times.

demanded they get an engineer here today or we leave them
 
so a manager yelled at some people and got us a priority appointment that was actually booked. ty angela, you're peng
 
ISP in the UK are a joke.

The cut me off when I transferred my service from my flat to my parents house back in April during the height of the first wave. Had no internet, TV or Landline for 5 days. Even more alarming as I had uni meetings via Zoom, and my Grandmothers emergency alarm is connected to automatically call the landline.

Required 4 phone calls all with about a hour waiting time.
 
I went through the same endless process when we switched to BT, a month or two of no wifi and certainly no perpheads :(
