Why can I only hold 200k in my bank?

Title explains it all, and I do mean bank, not my inventory.

Oh, and paychecks don't seem to be coming in either.

I got more then 250k in my bank... so i cant really say its the same for me but about the paychecks, make sure you have the message enabled (F1->Options->Enable Paycheck Message) or you can just look into your console and it should say how much you get.

I get paychecks, but they don't go into my bank.
