Why do you want your item(s) refunded:
Mayor reported that I was dealing drugs when I talked to the NPC ( drug Dealer). However, as it says in rules 3.21 NPC should be treated like regular players and that he doesnt have any evidence that i was dealing with him and that i could of just been talking to him. This resulted in me getting a $6000 dollar ticket - and losing 10 coke seeds ( $2000)
