How did you even lose an AK just because you crashed? And as mentioned above, this is not the server's fault, or thanks to a rule breakage. (On phone)

Sorry but we currently only accept Refund Requests due to crashing of the server with nothing client side. Therefore this appeal is going to have to be denied.
