The following changes will go live on the next restart.
Changes
- Removed the max 50 item limit when ordering via the Delivery App.
- It will now be based on how much weight you can carry.
- Added the Water Tank to the Delivery App.
- Added more logging points.
- Most ingame actions are now logged.
- Made changes to the staff extinguish tool.
- Staff can now extinguish larger areas without having to spam the tool.
- Added "Force Sell Property" tool for staff.
- Added option for admins+ to give new players some basic items.
- Such as a M9 base defence props etc...
- Added a Roleplay Event chat.
- This can be used by the Community Team to perform roleplay events.
- The chat is to be considered an in character chat. So everything...

Helper/Enforcer Changes
- Helper requirement for Enforcer removed
- If an Enforcer candidate has potential but isn't quite ready for the role, they may be given Helper and reviewed for a temporary period.
- Training for Enforcers will be improved.
- A section for staff will be added to the help page
- Players will not receive such long bans for minor rule breaks
- Players who consistently cause problems and do not learn will still receive lengthy bans.
- Bans for 3.20 will have more consistent lengths.
- The excessive amount of bombs used in raids will have a solution in the coming days/week.
- One way defenses, head glitches and pixel peeks will be enforced more strictly.

As you all know, tonight a few bans have taken place, including well-known community members such as Mage, Aquaa, and Kenty. These bans were issued by @Fredy following a shoutbox discussion regarding a recent ban getting out of control. The situation escalated to the shoutbox becoming filled with toxicity to the point where it was uncontrollable by staff. Bans were given for these reasons, and the severity of the bans were increased due to the major situation this caused.
Fredy's approach of community-wide bans was a big move to tackle toxicity, and many of the banned players are repeat offenders, a few already with very long server bans. The behavior that was displayed in shoutbox earlier today was unacceptable, as a staff team and a community, we have no prejudices towards ethnic groups or sexual orientation. However, this does...

Recently @flugs has put in some work and managed to make it possible for us to update the loading screen photos. As they are all quite outdated, we'd like to ask you guys to send in your best screenshots for a chance for them to be used in our new bundle of loading screen photos.
