You should just have run his ass over the moment he was trying to run. That's what REAL cops do but I guess the PLPD could never live up to such a high standard.

I cannot confirm and deny these claims as it was an investigation.
You didn't ask him to stop once. If any officers are reading this remember you cant shoot at a vehicle unless its trying to run someone over ( Direct threat to life ) and you know theres no innocent bystanders inside. Before performing pit maneuvers you should request a supervisors permision to insure the right steps and use of force has been taken, lucky for this goons he's a captain. Never knew driving the merc meant you could pretend to be in Tokyo Drift.
