Report numbers are not sorted properly

Description of the bug: When you click 'ID' to sort reports in scam menu it doesn't sort it properly and it triggers the living shit out of me

I believe it has something to do with every 10 reports.
Sometimes this makes it hard to find an old report because it doesn't go where it is supposed to go

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Open F6 when you are staff and have been online for a while so they are a lot of reports.
2. Click ID to sort the reports.
3. Congratulations

Time stamp(s): Always when there are many reports in a day

Lol mine doesn't do this, only after 100 reports

This happens to every sorted list as the first digit, being 1 comes before 2. Essentially, these numbers are sorted alphabetically so it isn't technically a bug

But numbers are not words they are numbers so it is a bug!!!!!
