Suggestion Title: Proof to raid / mug
Suggestion Description: If you are looking to stay at your home, and u dont normaly mess with people.
U should need a proof to raid people, like. Pictures of people selling drugs, many guys in one base, got business running, or you can see drugs through window.

Why should this be added?:
- Cuz i know some people leave cuz they loose items, seeds and pots. New players need a start, a protection from raiders who just want to raid cuz they are bored.
We might get a more people with realistic and normal strategy.

What negatives could this have?:
- Less playerbase.

Don't worry, u could make a thing, that requires a proof for the raid, like a scanner, that scans the pictures with drugs or shit. Idk
