Suggestion Title: end bat violence
Suggestion Description: change bat crafting in the missions to something that's not a weapon

remove bats from gun store

99% of bat users are sweaters rdming, some successfully mass rdmed with bats

Why should this be added?:
- less rdm
- less sweaters being banned
- less reports taken by SamSN
- bat violence drops to almost 0
- less rdm

What negatives could this have?:
- no bat to buy
- SamSN cries without report count
