Why should this player be punished?: Constantly breaking NLR to seek revenge on us killing him. It all started when according to him my org member Diva Hanz crashed into his car on the highway. They followed us to the casino parking to where Willy shot her. I got my gun and shot back, gunpointed their car and told them to get out. They fled so me and my org member Jack Alex-Peterson went to sub storage to get armed. Diva meanwhile was revived and so I picked her up and we found them later on the highway, now driving a red mini. We mag dumped their car, shot both Willy and his accomplice and I purposefully shot them both dead. Later on (A good 10 minutes later) Willy found me at the intersection and followed me to CH to shoot me in front of PD/FFs. I hadn't interacted with them after their death so this was out of the blue.
