Suggestion Title: Make percetipn and intelligence more useful
Suggestion Description: Giving perception and intelligence more effect, so that, like the other genes, they have effects other than helping crafting.
My ideas would be:
- Intelligence increases XP gain for all skills. (Not exponentially like influence and job skills, probably a 5% flat addition per level or something)
- Scaling the information gained from inspected a corpse / someones injuries to provide more information with a higher perception level.
Why should this be added?:
- More options to players for ways to build their characters, maybe police mains would prefer perception while criminal mains would prefer something else.
What negatives could this have?:
- Would slightly negative affect new players.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Some of the genes are just crafting sinks and that kinda sucks.
