Why were you punished?: 2.5 - Shot and killed an unarmed person during a raid

Why should this appeal be considered?: Well im aware how it looks in the rules perspective but just take a quick minute to look at the situation from my view.

Im raiding someone, i am equiped with dangerous weapon, im 70% sure the person heard me since moment later i was just un-equpiping my picklock, i heard someone opening front door not with keys yk m2 + E just, E hence i thought this person know im inside raiding, i hear someone quickly running and advancing further down the building. im hiding scared like a rat right there and he does this karate jump shit and i just instictieviely shot him because i got scared and it was a human response.
I might sound like im demanding to get unban, no im not, and if i do excuse me because i didnt think i will be getting banned for this, and i didnt think i will get reported for this, i thought he was doing some jump peek.
So please understand and try to think the validity of the ban again, because i know everyone of you have same stress responses its just human biology and i you would been in my place you would see why i believe in my innocence.
I Just wished that admin who issued the ban, in this case Megasaw would contact me to see my perspective, maybe ask me why i did that or anything.
You did me dirty guys, and if i get declined, can i just speak about this situation further?

After reviewing your demo, I am satisfied with the ban and will not accept the dispute.

The player had no idea you were there as they returned to their base unarmed; there was no indication that their base was being actively raided, which can be seen in the clip he submitted.

The reason why I didn't contact you was that the clip was already justified, and you were no longer on the server. I didn't feel the need to gain more context, as it's pretty clear you shot an unarmed player during a raid.

You have already been punished before for 2.5 recently, one of them being for shooting an unarmed player.

Im going to leave this dispute open for other staff members to look at
