Suggestion Title: Provide EMS a 'Latest' Menu Like PLPD For DNA
Suggestion Description: When EMS are inside their vehicles or checking the computer via any other means through the f3 menu, they should have their own version of a latest menu like the PLPD with the latest uploaded DNA.
Depending on rank, or if the EMS needs to toggle / update the statement on their latest uploaded DNA they should have permissions to edit it in the same way a SO+ can add / remove / edit remarks or warrants on a civs latest.
Why should this be added?:
- I believe this should be added because in the past I have experienced a lot of confusion amongst other EMS regarding DNA we've uploaded and whether or not it was 9.2 or 9.5 depending on whether they were revived or not, and officers can be confused by uploaded DNA and if the culprit should be charged with 9.2 or 9.5.
This is because majority of the time unconscious people will not have enough time to have DNA be taken and properly remarked on whether or not they were revived or bled out or if there needs to be a warrant, comments on the weapon used or if it was self defense, because revival needs to be prioritized, so it would be a big game changer for EMS to be able to edit their own DNA they've uploaded through a latest menu so police can be updated correctly.
TLDR; Makes EMS' QOL easier to be able to add or edit remarks on DNA after the fact on unconscious people so revival can be prioritized and remarks / comments can be done afterwards through F3 / the computer, it would also help out police when there's confusion with uploaded DNA and whether it was murder, self defense or assault with a deadly weapon etc.
If PD can have access to our DNA through the latest menu I believe EMS should have their own latest menu that only has DNA they and the other EMS on duty have uploaded.
What negatives could this have?:
- I do not believe this could have any negatives besides minging / inexperienced EMS making or editing inappropriate or inaccurate remarks on DNA, but this could be solved by allowing a certain rank to have permissions to edit other remarks besides their own.
If this was in place that means minging EMS could inappropriately edit their own uploaded DNA, but it would only be their own.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Time wasted on typing a remark that could've been used on reviving an unconscious person that bled out in the time of taking DNA + writing a remark.
- Confusion with officers having to ask repeatedly on the government radio or asking through government text chat on whether a specific DNA needs a warrant or if it was self defense or if a specific weapon was used in a crime and needs to be found (I am aware this shows on uploaded DNA but most don't pay attention.)
