Suggestion Title: Remove easy and medium chop shop options
Suggestion Description: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Why should this be added?:
The medium and easy options are misleading, they give you a slower car to drive, actually making it harder to escape from police and drop your car off. There is no tangible benefit to picking these and the only reason anyone would is because they're new and don't want too much of a challenge.

What negatives could this have?:
Literally none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not a problem really, just weird and annoying

I'm fairly certain medium and easy chopshops don't give live updates to the PD between you stealing the car and being informed of the drop-off. I'd argue that these difficulty makes it significantly easier to escape and makes chop shop much more accessible for new players and that they're probably worthwhile to keep.

Ah if this is the case then maybe just update the cars to be fast still but just have them be like that

i actually agree with this, hard is ironically the easiest difficulty and i’ve tried them all - fast car with hard makes it easy to evade
