So basically when i join the server everything is fien but like after some time i cant pickup anything like not even food or anything. Its so annoying if im raiding i cant pickup guns and stuff. and i dont how to fix it

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and or verifying game files on steam?
it could be that some files are still in your addons folder (or cache idk if they still stay there), but not in your workshop tab, if nothing else works, uninstall gmod and delete the entire gmod folder and then reinstall, this usually fixes most issues
