Why should this player be punished?: 3.4/2.5 the officer shot me killing himself and multiple other hostages

He even tries to ignore orders given by me (for instance come here and get holly redwood released)

How about we show the whole incident. You never said you pulled the pin. You asked me to come next to you which I believe was a unreasonable request. You then said your going to trow a nade at me. I then kill you to protect myself.

Who are you braking out of jail? The two suspects had no communication with you. How do you know how long they are going in jail for? A lot of missing info in your report.

as someone involved the initial report had no sufficient context as its strange this guy knew we was arresting these people regardless also he never stated he pulled the pin. Wouldn't this be a IA issue im confused why he made such a fuss ic and ooc regardless however as someone involved dazai evidence is true

I (Joe Diamond) was the person he was initially trying to break out. He heard me yelling 10 toes outside the PD. When he got to the cells, the officer was unable to open my cell door. I'm not sure if it was a glitch or we didn't know how the doors worked but he couldn't break me out for this reason. It was at that time that you brought the other 2 people downstairs and the events in the video transpired. Hope that gives more context.

This would be in violation of both 3.4 and Officer SOP and ROE. Dazai risk his own life and others for shooting a hostage taker that is actively holding a live grenade within close proximity. Regardless if the pin are pulled or not. According to SOP, Dazai should have immediately request a supervisor or TFU (which would me who was actively dragging Holly Redwoods away to holding cell for her safety) to resolve this situation instead of taking it into his own hands which ends up killing 3 others and himself.

Again, the action of daZai taken his own life and others by shooting Morgan that holding a live and active frag grenade is against 3.4 as it is a suicidal move, this part has nothing to do with PLPD policy.

(For example, if Morgan decided to throw his impact grenade at daZai for pulling his weapon out and aiming at him. That would have been a 3.4 for daZai too. As daZai escalated the situation unnecessarily for pulling out his weapon which result to his death and possibly the other hostage life)

As a LEO your job is to de-escalate the situation and not making it worse

By not following SOP is classified as a Breach of Policy. Which then IA can investigate on.
