Suggestion Title: Provide EMS a 'Latest' Menu Like PLPD For DNA
Suggestion Description: When EMS are inside their vehicles or checking the computer via any other means through the F3 menu, they should have their own version of a latest menu like the PLPD with the latest uploaded DNA.

Depending on rank, or if the EMS needs to toggle / update the statement on their latest uploaded DNA they should have permissions to edit it in the same way a SO+ can add / remove / edit remarks or warrants on a civs latest.

Why should this be added?:
- I believe this should be added because in the past I have experienced a lot of confusion amongst other EMS regarding DNA we've uploaded and whether or not it was 9.2 or 9.5 depending on whether they were revived or not, and officers can be confused by uploaded DNA and if the culprit should be charged with 9.2 or 9.5, or even if it was possibly self defense! This has been an issue previously where players were arrested for 9.2 or 9.5 when it was self defense but the EMS was not able to write it down or the responding officer / SO+ did not make a remark regarding it being self defense.

This is because majority of the time unconscious people will not have enough time to have DNA be taken and properly remarked on whether or not they were revived or bled out or if there needs to be a warrant, comments on the weapon used or if it was self defense, because revival needs to be prioritized, so it would be a big game changer for EMS to be able to edit their own DNA they've uploaded through a latest menu so police can be updated correctly.

TLDR; Makes EMS' QOL easier to be able to add or edit remarks on DNA after the fact on unconscious people so revival can be prioritized and remarks / comments can be done afterwards through F3 / the computer, it would also help out police when there's confusion with uploaded DNA and whether it was murder, self defense or assault with a deadly weapon etc.

If PD can have access to our DNA through the latest menu I believe EMS should have their own latest menu that only has DNA they and the other EMS on duty have uploaded.

This is a reupload of my previous suggestion; but with V6 out, the map being so large which means time is even more crucial now with fast paced incidents happening on each part of the map that need to be responded to, this would make a very big difference.

What negatives could this have?:
- I do not believe this could have any negatives besides minging / inexperienced EMS making or editing inappropriate or inaccurate remarks on DNA, but this could be solved by allowing a certain rank to have permissions to edit other remarks besides their own and even then if an EMS really wanted to minge through the DNA remark; they could as is right now, I do not think this would make a very large difference.

If this was in place that means minging EMS could inappropriately edit their own uploaded DNA, but it would only be their own.

Potential balancing issues, someone could make the argument that this would make it even faster for a criminal to be revived since time wouldn't be wasted writing a remark then responding to an incident, but again, I do not see this making a very big difference.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Time wasted on typing a remark that could've been used on reviving an unconscious person that bled out in the time of taking DNA + writing a remark.

- Confusion with officers having to ask repeatedly on the government radio or asking through government text chat on whether a specific DNA needs a warrant or if it was self defense or if a specific weapon was used in a crime and needs to be found (I am aware this shows on uploaded DNA but most don't pay attention.)

Good feature, as long as it is rank dependant then this should counter any minges. Being able to change the remark on DNA would be game changing. I don’t really see why firefighters would need it though.
Fire should get it to. we deal with dead bodies in cpr and etc alot, we can't dna but dna off bodies can help us still.

If this gets added, it would be on a need-to-know basis (probably just DNA uploaded by you). Fire department can't add DNA, so they wouldn't get access to the information.

Once again fire gets shafted. That's also a poor implementation for ems, can't even reference other medics dna when checking if incidents are related.

Firefighters don’t need it though, also even medics don’t really need to see other DNA uploads they aren’t related to. They aren’t detectives, they’re paramedics.

Medics looking at dna uploaded and seeing a pattern isn't being detectives, it's using your eyes. At this point if medics can look at all dna but not edit I'm fine with that as right now the proposed idea makes there 0 reason to add this vs the original concept of the poster.

The original idea was to allow Paramedics to change their own DNA remark after the incident on police computer in order to save time. GP’s proposed idea would allow this to happen. It is literally the same suggestion with the exception that you can’t change other Paramedic’s remarks.

I'm not seeing anything that specifically says they can't view all dna in the original post. Just that they can only edit their dna.

Gp says they can only view and edit their dna, not even view other people's dna.

Viewing other’s DNA uploads isn’t really necessary and may incite mingery
How? Oh let me just go tell people i know that someone killed this per- *banned*. Let me just go blab to random people that thi- *blacklisted*.

We have systems in place to deal with this and cops blacklist medic quickly, thankfully, so I can't see the issue here. They can't edit and mess with the DNA only view. If they go and try to assault the person they get arrested or banned for 3.4.
