Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User was waving his gun around at spawn, hitting a bind twice saying "Put your hands up and surrender". They claimed they were practicing their flicks.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The punishing staff member interpreted the situation completely incorrectly. I asked him to explain his thought process a few times and to discuss it with me, because i understood he was interpreting the situation incorrectly, and that his mental capability was child like due to the responses he was giving me as he kept on reiterating on how i was "practising my flicks" and "waving my gun around" after i had understood i gave him an incorrect recount off the situation with my first few messages in the f6 and then afterwards had explained to him it was an incorrect recount. I had a horrible experience with him in the f6 as his mental capability/thinking was child like as he did not look at what i was saying at face value and thought off it as i was a mingle rather than completely looking at it at face value i dont even believe he should be allowed to handle reports due to this.
He reiterates that i was "waving my gun around" aswell as "practicing my flicks" while I was doing neither. I aimed my gun at multiple people as fast as i possibly could while rping the situation out to the best of my ability. I had took my gun out, aimed it at the people in front off me and then put it away. The bind was by accident, no one around me took the bind serious as they understood it was a faulty bind, no one took action to the bind.
