Why should this player be punished?: ramming my vehicle on roadcrew, doing crime on gov job is against rules.

Bob was repeatedly illegally parking outside of storage, quickly storing items then getting into his vehicle while I was in the middle of clamping it and driving off. - I believe he was banned for this shortly after because I had police assist me while I did the same and he ran them over in order to escape his car being impounded.

My intent was actually to drive between his car and the storage facility in the hopes that the extra time he spent getting to his car would allow me to fully clamp it, but I got distracted by the furai behind me trying to talk to me and ended up just driving straight forward into it, at which point I just rolled with it and attempted to clamp his car.

I wasn't there in attempt to target you specifically, people ditch their cars and run into storage constantly so it makes sense as a place for me to hang around to impound as many cars as possible - It just happened that you were continuously coming back and forth so I was making repeat efforts to impound your car. You were one of many many people who's cars I impounded from storage throughout yesterday

You are lying, 1. you made an excuse about talking to the guy in the Furai and being "distracted" this is a heavy lie. 2. 2nd lie is you stated you were not there to target me, you clearly were, you were there to specifically target me, you had rammed my vehicle on one occassion and blocked me on a 2nd occasion. You can even go as far as to say you aided and abetted me in running the officer over, if you had not acted as a Lenco Bearcat blocking my car from exiting any other way, there would have been plenty of space for me to drive out and avoid running the officer in the process.

All your purpose on the server is, is to target players, get them clamped, towed and try not to negotiate to endure the enjoyment of having the opposing player have the displeasure of walking all the way and paying a small fine to be able to use their car again.

And the funniest thing is you come and respond on perpheads forums as if you are the kindest most coolest honarable person, when you are completely different harassing unnecessarily in game when im literally chilling solo listening to music, not causing anyone harm. You should re-think your attitude and your approach to people you first meet. Instead of ramming me and blocking me in and not talking to me, how about de escelate and tell me not to do it again or tell me to pay a small fine on the spot, instead you rush to clamp and tow just because you know you are black hat and you are "allowed" to do it, you are not honorable if anything you are the furthest thing away from being anything near honorable.

For your next response I want you to have a long think and an attempt at not creating false lies to try and selfishly help yourself, be "honorable" and state the truth as it is and be the person you are, if you could not spout a single lie within a couple of sentences in your next responses, it would be really highly appreciated.

I was called by Sam to come assist in impounding your vehicle because you’ve avoided getting your car impounded when I arrived you ran me over and fled for no reason which caused me to make an F6 on you. I don’t believe Sam was targeting you at all as I seen him all over the city answering calls and helping out anyone he could during the time he was on road crew. I believe this is just a revenge AR because you got banned

There is a very good reason, I do not wish to role play with individuals who just seek peoples attention by extracting their emotions, then if anything goes wrong they report it! I would rather roleplay with people who role play, get it? Its called playing along, which the sam ireland guy didnt do, he didnt speak a word to me just rushed to clamp my car, he couldve interacted with me in so many ways but he chose to full sweater mode try clamp his car because he's minding his own business? Yes I broke the law in the first place by not parking correctly, but why didn't he engage in rp differently? He knows im right next to the car storing stuff about to get back in it. If he just spoke to me trying to initiate something instead of just holding his clamp and praying, maybe I would role play, but no, in the first interaction with him recently (and others before hand) he just decides to full force the i play perpheads to give other people a bad time mode? Like you should understand just by watching the clips why I would rule break to get away from such humans.


And then on top of that he lies in his AR response and he gets his friend to try and back him up after lying on the AR.

@SamSN in the future please avoid ramming cars. I see no need for formal punishment at this time.

@Abc123123 In the future I would recommend parking in one of the many available parking spaces to avoid this situation entirely.
