Suggestion Title: Planter boxes slotted in the back of vans
Suggestion Description: I think it would be good for the mechanic that is used to place PPS packages in the back of PPS vehicles is also used for planter boxes to be put into vans. This would prevent many problems with the current system especially since advanced planters are used much more which are way bigger and extremely difficult to move in and out of vans even if there's clearly space for them. They often drag the van around, damage it or throw other planters out even if there is room. This suggestion would fix it by placing the planter boxes in slots that mean they don't clash and cause issues with the van.

To make this not unfair or have problems it would of course have to be limited to around 8 basic planters or 4 advanced planters which is about what you could fit usually however it just removes the struggles and possible issues.

Why should this be added?:
It would make it so the planters don't get jammed in and cause vehicles to crush people or vehicles being tiered, disabled or destroyed.
It also means raiders are able to leave the area of a raid quicker meaning they aren't forced to loiter around the raid area which would result in less people dying and less chance for officers to return after their NLR is up all round making it more streamline to raid and leave without extra struggles

What negatives could this have?:
dev time possibly but the framework is already there with PPS packages so it would be a bit easier

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would resolve the problem of planters just destroying vans, dragging vans and all around making putting planters in vans whether it be from raids or simply moving your planters to a different property easier and less chance to cause a major issue

Feel like this is needed, especially now with the PPS having its own system i’m sure it would be easy to implement

I feel like this would also stop people/cops meta gaming leaves sticking through the van and like you said, make people be able to leave shootouts quicker and people having issues getting planters in and out of vans like this special human being

Can plants still grow while in vans? I agree with pretty much everything but I feel like it opens up for a little bit of abuse if you could just park your van in a garage and grow from there.

This is already something that happens but this could be a good counter to it by making them not grow when in these slots as well or it can be dealt with through the rules as it isn't beneficial to make it not grow just to prevent this once a month occurrence

They can but rule wise pretty sure its not allowed as you are forced to jump to access the back of the van

Awesome idea.
Some considerations -
I feel when taking it out and equipping it like the PPS package, it should require being placed near the van before hauling them into the destination.

When police search it, the planters should probably return to the owner’s storage.

What happens when the van despawns? If the planters pop out, could leave them sitting in the middle of the highway. If they return to storage, might be issues for counter raiders completing the grow.

Same could be done with the metal shelves but toggleable whether the planters can be moved (cool down included)

in a transit van, you can interact and move drugs without jumping or crouching, meaning you can access them.

this is needed really badly along with fixing the hitbox of the back of vans / trucks its horrible however i personally hope this gets added as if you have a fuck tonn of planters it starts to break the car

@Aquaa and I would've been caught 8 times over if we transported drugs at peak hours. Last night we were legitimately unable to keep the planters in the van - they just kept falling out over and over again. Most annoying experience of all time

If drugs fall out of the van unrealistically, is it considered meta gaming if you use this knowledge to either mug or arrest the people in the van?

I understand how this is a good thing, but I simply think that it would remove so many funny moments that it would make the game more esporty, less actual enjoyment.

The same way how the RC Truck was fixed to almost never to freak out, but we all know we laughed our asssess off seeing an RC truck fly through the sky.
