Suggestion Title: Nerf Civ CPR
Suggestion Description: With the new CPR that Civs can use people have been reviving people to just mug them. Which seems very unfair. I think this should be nerfed by if a person dies to a gunshot wound a Civ wont be able to perform cpr to save them as it would require more expertise, so only firefighters, pd and medics can revive people with gunshot wounds. This is more realistic as a normal civillian wont have the tools and expertise to save a persons life with cpr that has bullets inside of them.

Why should this be added?:
- Harder for people to mug after cpr.
- Realism

What negatives could this have?:
- Less Times CPR Can be used

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Mugging people after reviving them with CPR.
 
The chances are already EXTREMELY low, it also takes a good 25+hours of firefighter to grind and thats if fires even spawn

make it so they bleed as they are revived and must be bandaged then

Remember this is PERP and not actual IRL, yes its meant to replicate IRL but the server is for enjoyment

I am personally suprised the CPR thing was accepted in the first place
 
In general, civ CPR is a good thing. If this was to be implemented (which seems unlikely given how unpopular it seems,) I would prefer a rule change than a mechanic change.

That being said, if you revive someone, mug them, then shoot them again, I will ban you for 2.5 8)
 
Being able to do this gives an incentive for playing firefighter and gaining CPR. Making it so you can't cpr a gunshot wound will 100% make CPR useless and will erase all of the work done by the devs.

If you're basing and doing illegal activities you automatically assume the risk of losing items, people just need to get to terms with it. When you get mugged while basing people don't say it shouldn't be allowed.

To be fair, if you want to reduce the risk of being revived purely to be mugged. Carry a life alert. This brings another aspect into play as life alerts can now be useful again when solo raiding or defending a base. As cops or atleast EMS is almost guaranteed to show up and see what is going on.

You can also put a house alarm on your base. If you want to get profit from raider guns you have to assume to the risks.
 
mate if im being honest, im getting so sick and tired of MIP did this, Someone did that, and instead of you know playing by the same rules joining an org and having fun, Alot of you decide that complaining is the only solution to your issue, So imma put my thoughts out there, you lot really need to stop complaining and just play the game, In regards to nerfing CPR, you dont need to be a firefighter / PD / EMS IRL to do CPR infact you can get trained in it (Was going to before i left one of the companys i worked for) So in fact its realistic that you know you are able to save someones life in some cases to there detriment however Just because your friends got fucked by RNG does not mean you ruin it for the rest of us
