Server Suggestion Allow the camera to lock on to other players

Suggestion Title: Allow the camera to lock on to other players
Suggestion Description: The same way that a camera can lock on and track cars, I'd love for you to be able to track players too because it's difficult to record things smoothly with a mouse especially when you want to have a shot of a person walking.

Why should this be added?:
- Cool small QoL for the camera/cinematics

What negatives could this have?:
- Insignificant addition

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Solves difficulty for people who want to film around the server and want to have an extra ability.

You can lock on cars, people, and even items you put for sale

It should only work if you're close enough, try again.

It's also a bit buggy sometimes.

I just tested. It does still work, but its very buggy, stops working after couple seconds or meter or if someone moves fast. Def. much less reliable than tracking items, they used to work similarily well.
