Hello, my Steam account was hacked months ago (I purchased my Steam account 2-3 years ago), and currently, I can only reach you through the forum. When my Steam account was hacked, I submitted a support request to you, but you said my game character was banned and that I should write to you once the ban period ended. My ban has been lifted. Could you help me transfer my in-game character to my secondary account? I want it transferred to my secondary account, but my secondary account is currently banned due to being a sub-account (I tried logging in with my secondary account because my main account was hacked). I will provide the necessary information below for the transfer. If the transfer process does not work, I kindly request that you lift the ban on my secondary account. Thank you.

I'd recommend contacting SMT or fredy on discord for the best chance of success.

If it is saying you are banned this is what i would recommend.

You can either go to the Ban dispute section and explain the issue you are having there but ensure that you have evidence to back up that it was not yourself that was banned.

I think you don’t understand anything it’s not ban dispute because I don’t have any ban just my account get hacked

no i understood thats why i said if you make a dispute thats usually a step into being unbanned as itll be investigated. Im not saying your disputing YOUR ban just disputing a ban in general and it would have led to staff investigation
