Why should this player be punished?: during regular patrol i spotted a car with a driver that fit the description of a warranted suspect who i saw drive towards forest gas station, after confirming his identity & detaining him the people in question decided to initiate a raid in lakewood hotel knowing both me and a medic were in the parking lot (ℬ saw us go to the parking lot ages before they started crowbaring on the phone with them, who clearly called it out as Nundom, one of the people initially inside the hotel, came outside right away to shoot at us).
this resulted in them killing me & shooting at the new player being arrested as well as the medic on scene. my life alert went off, alerting the entire PD which pulled up and killed them all, if they had followed 3.4 and waited like 30 seconds for me to take the suspect i was arresting away they likely would have gotten away with their raid

after further inspection of my demo ℬ saw us go towards the gas station, then turned around and followed us there and saw us once again, all before they started crowbaring, they knew Xd

I'm not 100% sure, but i don't think "ℬ" was raiding with us. Atleast i didn't know. I wasn't on teamspeak with them. But correct me if I'm wrong, you are reporting us for raiding when cops were on scene?

yes, 3.4. and i have a hard time believing ℬ wasn't on TS with you considering him and Nundom were shooting at us together, clearly not fighting eachother, i can go into my demo again to get that clear if you need it

Now, about the AR: when I arrived at the Lakesview Motel and realized there was a cop at the gas station, and because I think he was in an unmarked car, my organization had already started the raid. Since I wanted to stay outside to kill cops, I also saw pretty quickly that a cop (you) was conducting an investigation at the gas station.

what claim isnt true, everything stated is clearly backed up by my demo which i am happy to provide, were you on teamspeak with them or not the multiple times you had seen me head to the gas station with lights on & when i was parked stationary outside the hotel. you also pulled into the gas station before the crowbaring had started which also is clear in the demo

also, afaik it is the raiding partys responsibility to ensure there isnt government activity on the scene of a crime before initiating, which should have been super easy considering the fact you had a flanker driving around in the vicinity who arrived on scene before you started crowbaring
