Why should this player be punished?: We were raided by MIP in a bunker. When I went to check if the courier was here, I ran into Pug, who shot me for no reason, even though I was obviously unarmed.

Hey mate

I was camping outside your door which must of been a decent amount of time as i followed the courier in. You didn't want to open the door for the package - Prob cuz you knew a raid was eminent which is why you org is on high alert in the clip

Instead of going for your package you played with the shutters for however long, so i pushed up as i couldnt see if you were armed or not. I then attempted to gunpoint you - To which you turned away and attempted to shut the shutters, hence why you were shot. Yes I did speak which will be able to be seen on my side - Demo or my clip if i can find it but due to a gmod voice delay you dont hear it

I didn't go outside because it wasn't my package, lol. And firstly, you didn't clearly GP me and u cant hear or u cant see u , as you can see in the clip. And secondly, which I believe you did, that you tried to GP me, but you didn't give me enough time to react, as I was shot within a very short time. On top of that, I wasn't armed.

Its not like i followed the courier in and sat behind a tree for a pro long period of time watching you making sure no one was outside lol

I could clearly see you, as you can see in the clip and from my POV at the time it looked much better than yours. If you are gunpointed and you try shut a door/close a shutter you can be shot for it, like you were there

I also thought you were gonna f6 this yesterday presuming how much you talked it in OOC and i told you several times it was me lol

Anyway last im commenting on this, I cant find the clip so @Lhealey05 just ask for my demo when you want it

I was just waiting for him to come upstairs and get his package. When I realized he was AFK since he wasn't answering me, I wanted to close the windows and go back downstairs. And like you said, you can see in the clip if you play it normally that it's almost impossible to see you in that short time, and you didn't hear a word, and I was killed for no reason.

That means it's impossible to know I'm currently under GP because 1. you can't hear anything and 2. you're only visible for a maximum of 1 second before I get killed lmao

Even if you dont hear anything you must comply with gunpoint. not shut a shutter. You saw me and instantly reacted by shutting the shutter. Anyway last im commenting on it as dont want to stim you anymore and will let lewis deal with it

How am I supposed to comply with GP if it's not even possible to know that I'm currently under GP if you can't be heard or seen? Without your clip where you press pause, I would never have seen you, lol.
