Why should this player be punished?: These people started stealing my gun right infront of me after they failed to mug me in the forest. And apparently the only reason they stole it, was to bait me into shooting them or something, since they just went right ahead and parked it on the very far corner of the map on the top of bunker so i wouldnt find it litterly 1 minute after stealing it- breaking 2.5.

All this also made like the entire PD respond there because they stole my car and drove it right onto their base, and started a massive shootout that they could have avoided

I tried to mug you in which you drove off and got your car stuck, the intention was still to mug you until you sat there with a gun in your hand so you couldnt be mugged

i was also in a police cruiser doing the shooting, but i heard a lot of gunshots, and multiple ems, police cars and the brute van pulled up.

This is completely untrue. From your clip you can clearly hear Pug initiating the mug on you by saying hands up the gunpoint wasn't perfect and then you drove away, which is fine. Though, you were now completely aware of our intentions, to which you responded by getting out of your vehicle and just sitting there with a gun in your hand. This was an obvious attempt to loophole the fact that we aren't allowed to mug you when you have your gun in your hand. At this point I could've — and probably should've shot you. Instead, I decided to steal your car prolonging our interaction and giving you an opportunity to engage in further interactions if you wanted to. I benefitted from stealing your car due to us gaining org score for it, something we are attempting to amass in order to become first on the leaderboard. I had no intention of driving your car for a prolonged period of time, as it inconvenienced me, I don't like driving on the server and much prefer sitting in the back of an acquaintance's car. I was then informed by Pug that we gain more org score by driving the car around, I wasn't aware of this when I stole it and probably wouldn't have if I were.

This was because I had no intention of driving the car around. You responded to this by repeatedly carbombing us, an opportunity you wouldn't have had if I shot you on the spot.

My POV very clearly shows that you are just lying about this. Two cops responded, one of which due to you getting in his car and presumably informing him of where we were basing. And the second responding after the life alert of the first — but by the time he arrived I'd already gotten my friend into the car with me and fled the scene solely to avoid a large shootout. My actions here were the only reason a large shootout was avoided. Despite me saying I didn't want to drive your car, it was obviously unavoidable here because we could flee the scene sooner if I got ready to drive while waiting for my friend's hands to go down.

If you look from 00:47 to 00:50 where the carjacking began, we assumed you ran straight off as any person fearing for their life would do when being pursued by 3 armed people. Hence why I got in my car and was going to drive off, and why Dave felt it was safe enough to car jack. You were simply abusing the fact that if you have a pistol in your hand, you cannot be mugged, ignoring the threat to your life and just returned to the 3 armed individuals who have gunpointed you, instead of continuing your escape.

Regarding stealing the car, you still did it for no reason, since no xp gained, and just parked it right there in the corner. You even yelled something to either me or eachother in your own clip like "yea we are taking your fkn car" or smth like that, enforcing my belief that it was just to fuck with me since you failed to mug me.

Oh I see you’ve misunderstood, if you kept running you would still have been fine because we couldn’t chase you in the cars. Because the cars can’t get through there. Regardless of if you keep running. You’d have been safe.
