Why should this be added?:
- its kinda gross and doesnt add anything, unlike trash and other stuff it doesnt make the map more dynamic. the only reason you sometimes realize its there is because its at places its not supposed to be
also from some angles it can look like a gun when you drive by it

What negatives could this have?:
- birdshit advocates complaining

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - no more need to r_cleardecals to get rid of bird poop in random places

Suggestion Title: Increase bird poop drop rate
Suggestion Description: Seeing the bird poop drop from the sky gives me immense joy. That is why I propose increasing the chance of the poop dropping from the sky.

Why should this be added?:
- added realism
- more poop littered streets
- city being more lively with poop dropping everywhere

What negatives could this have?:
- the birds my go off the rails and start a poopmageddon

What problem would this suggestion solve?: No more constipated birds.
