Suggestion Title: Cut the hose off the tobacco water pipe model
Suggestion Description: The model of a tobacco water pipe we use in game is actually a shisha/hookah and the "hose" part of it where you would smoke from is completely stiff and straight.

Why should this be added?:
- looks stupid ever since I first saw it

What negatives could this have?:
- I don't know anything about gmod models, maybe its not possible or worth
- the animation is already not right so it doesnt matter if the hose is missing

What problem would this suggestion solve?: the water pipe model being 3 meters long
