Why should this player be punished?: Player failed to follow gunpoint witch resulted in the death of the individual.

He should know by now to follow gunpoint in any scenario were you are without a gun. He is an experienced player who should know by now that he should not go into a active shootout without any weapons and not follow gunpoint.

I did it a time ago like 27th 29th but seems like it didn't go trough so I remade it just now, while scrolling through the forums I realized I hadn't made it all.

u realize im not on high alert since i didnt think there would be anyone in the vents, so my reaction time is not the best. my intention was not to kill you, if you wouldn'tve shot me once i picked up the gun i would've put my hands up. there is no sense that i would pick up a gun next to you to try to kill you, because i would die once i had the gun in my hands and the safety off. also idk what he's talking about "experienced player" since i have 6 days of playtime.

6 days is over 100hours and youre telling me you dont think thats experienced enough.
