Suggestion Title: More musical instruments
Suggestion Description: Currently, the only musical instrument that PERP has is a piano. Don't get me wrong, it's great in the fact you can either plug in a keyboard into a MIDI port or use something like LoopBe to play files, but not every song is a piano song. Therefore, I propose the idea of more musical instruments, and already have some in mind:
- Accordion
- Guitar
- Saxophone
All of these instruments typically aren't put down on the ground like a piano is, and are rather held in your hands. Perhaps they could be items that are equipped, and when you hold them and press E, a UI similar to the piano UI pops up. The piano system is great and could be reused.
Also, walking up to someone and pressing E could allow you to donate money, just like the piano does.
With the new instruments, there could also be a new shop for music. This could maybe use one of the disused buildings in the city, for example, the one opposite the hospital next to NEON.
Why should this be added?:
- More musical creativity
- More roleplay opportunities (busker, concerts, etc)
What negatives could this have?:
- People playing absolutely god awful music
- Dev time to make new models and make the piano system work on them
What problem would this suggestion solve?: N/A, just allows more creativity and fun
