Why should this player be punished?: User had previously died during this subs raid in which me and my duo killed all defenders at large subs. There was cop cars and ems cars alongside numerous dead bodies outside and drugs outside. This user proceeded to spectate we gped him to leave already and my friend simpatik informed him it was his prior sit. User proceeded to just walk away not turning around to actually run (the user had already died prior and was spectating a raid he literally died in). I then gped him and told him to turn around and leave and instead he surrendered doing the exact same thing I told him not to do. As a result he got killed due to him just spectating a previous raid and being gunpointed with beyond reasonable instructions. Also had no gun so he was just gazing for no actual reason...

Hello. I think there is some grey area and assumption from his description. I did not "literally just died", I returned back to my base way after NLR was over. I returned back to my base assuming my base was already cleared out which is fair assumption since its been way over 10 minutes (death plus NLR). Large subs 2 was raided and we lost. After respawning and NLR was way past up, I eventually went back to my base. I returned VIA the metro causing more time to return upon my base. Once appearing on scene, yes there were a bunch of cars through out the cul-de-sac. I was looking around out side of my base because I was curious what had occurred, as I think anyone would had after losing defending their base. While I was looking around the cul-de-sac, I was then gun pointed. I was gun pointed by Leo Parks and Fruitig-Emme Jay. I complied and surrendered of course. I had no issue with complying. As I was surrendering, I was walking backwards because of course I was concerned for my life. Leo parks kept on saying "bro just leave", which I was leaving the scene as you can see. To my understanding, you can not run while surrendering. He ask me if I am still surrendering, which in my clip I clearly was surrendering. I was confused why he was asking if I am surrendering, when in my POV i was clearly surrendering However, perhaps he could not see I still was from his POV. I was annoyed when he asked me if I was surrendering because I clearly was on my screen and on the clip. I proceed to ask him "what the **** does he want from me because I was indeed complying in terms of surrendering and leaving the scene. While I was walking away after asking Leo Parks "what the **** does he want from me" because, again, I was complying, Fruitig-Emme Jay runs over and gun points me again, shouting turn around and leave. Again, I was indeed leaving however since he stopped me to gun point me, I stopped to hear him out to see why he was running towards me. Once he gun pointed me again, I surrendered because I was fearful of my life. I should had turned around and run because being gun pointed for the second time is not a comfortable feeling. Regardless, if I was not gun pointed again, I would had already been gone. By this unnecessary second gun point, I felt the need to surrender because I did not want them to think I was going to call the police or call anyone. In my POV, being gun pointed again, unnecessarily, it was the reason why I could not run away and leave with urgency like Fruitig-Emme Jay expected. I was scared I was going to be shot while leaving so I did not feel comfortable turning around. If I was gun downed while looking away, then I would had not known who would had killed me without needing a demo. In his POV, I did not just "stood there". Again, I stopped initally becuase I was confused why Leo Parks asked me if I am surrendering. Then I stopped again because he ran over to me and gun pointed me for the second time. In my opinion, it did not feel necessary as I was surrendering and leaving the scene. I think it is peculiar the choice of where the clip started and ended from Fruitig-Emme Jay's POV. There is clearly more to the story then what he is showing. I hope this explanation and my POV sheds some light to the situation and where my logical and head was at. I am more than willing to have my demo pulled if needed.
