Why should this player be punished?: this player got gped by me then he escaped safely THen he came back without a gun risking his life using him self as a human shield and baiting which led to him being shot by me just for his friend to kill me

After I put my hands up, you decided to put down your gun and start searching the other people, so whilst you did that I took my chance to run outside as my hands were down now and you were no iminent threat anymore, so I used my opportunity to ask my org for help and come back with my hands up to make it look like I was surrendering, which was a tactical decision as I had nothing on me that I could have lost and wanted to save my org mates, and it turned out well in the end

u got shot and could have turned out u being dead so u risked ur life to enter back in ur base with no gun when u knew there was a active raid there and using urself a as a human shied might as well emote while entering

Just wondering as someone then asked how to change clothes so you could be metagaming, just a speculation though.

No, it was not my intention to be used as a human shield, I did not expect my org member to run straight in behind me, I wanted him to come in as he was attempting to zip tie me or moving me as I knew he was alone and I did not want to die.

I knew I had nothing on me that was valuable to me, so when I asked for help it was my intention that my org member could help us and I knew he would as I saw him, I did however not expect him to run in straight behind me putting me in the line of fire, I prefer to stay alive rather than dying.

I was also well aware that we were going to be saved before he could have really done something to harm me, just did not expect to be put in the line of fire.

I also knew that he was not going to kill me, and I knew that my org member would be there shortly after he was distracted with us.

I knew you would not have killed me as you had a clear intention of mugging as you did to my org mates.
We were also in slums warehouse and you would not risk your stealth so close to PD to engage a hostname situation as that would not have benefitted you at all since you were alone at the time, that was my thinking, I also came back surrendering so you would have had no intention shooting me unarmed to alarm the Police as you had no supressor.
Which would have also given the Police means to not negotiate as you would have killed an unarmed civilian in his home.
