Why should this player be punished?: Jeffrey Toska risked his life by playing as bait to trade his teammate by walking unarmed into office 6 which we were raiding, this resulted in my death when he baited me into running out which was where his teammate was holding.

Hello,

I had just respawned and ran to my apartment when I noticed the door was unlocked, I called for friends with weapons to come get my back while entering as I didn't have one myself. I did not see or know you were sitting inside. Had I known that, I'd understand I broke 3.4 there.

I simply had no way of knowing there were armed raiders actively waiting for me because I just respawned. They were clearly hiding the fact that they were raiding the apartment because I couldn't hear noise from inside when I got there, the door was closed and on top of that the first guy in the clip was standing hidden behind a barricade with his gun in passive. I haven't seen any rule stating that you must be armed to enter a property

If you called your friends there, then you could have just made them go inside instead of going in there unarmed trying to bait for your mate.

You knew it was not safe to go inside, as you typed in org chat for someone to bring a gun. Going inside whilst unarmed, despite having an armed friend with you, is still putting your life at risk. Had you went inside on your own without waiting for backup, or letting your friends clear the property, it would've been fine.
