Police Suggestion Cop rework

Suggestion Title: Cop rework
Suggestion Description: I saw today a cop could not get into a property were a suspect was hidden, he robbed a person and the cop killed the suspect in the house, but he could make a search warrant and there was a dead body inside, medic and cops was on scene. I think the senior officers should have permission to break down doors if there is shootout in the area or dead bodies in the area.

Why should this be added?:
- So officers can do their job while there is only senior officers in town.

What negatives could this have?:
- Cops could be a little trigger happy on the breaking down doors without communication.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It will solve that people cant hide from cops after a footchase. when they just run to their home as protection and impossible for cops to handle the situation

I'd rather see a certification for this. The application for this would have to be focused primarily on officer knowledge, and the app itself used as a way to prove that you know what you are doing and in what circumstances you can do this in.

Even with the certification, you should only be able to breach when no TFOs or breach-capable officers are in service.

Should just apply for the position to prove you're not retarded enough to break such policies basically, doesn't need changing and maybe call for TFU if there is no SGT on

I agree with Exnem on this if senior officers are going to be capable it should be behind a certification in PD. However u may as well just apply for corporal at that point as u can breach doors if no sgt etc is on. Senior Officers can breach doors as tfu and I think that should really be the only Senior Officers which can breach a door without a warrant.

If anything, allow CPL+ to do this (Even when 1 SGT is on duty, but ask permission ofc), or make it a certification as Exnem said.
There is usually always one CPL in city, Senior Officer and Officer are one of the most filled positions, I could foresee this getting abused as I often see SO's shouting they want to breach even though there are no grounds to do so

I must admit I really like this idea, officers should need to undergo similar to the taser application to be able to use the battering ram on properties.
