Suggestion Title: Improve pistol cops
Suggestion Description: As of lately, Ive been noticing pistol cops are starting to get worse and worse, to the point were they can break a minimum of 10 policies per hour. So ive been thinking, try having a system, were if a regular pistol cop gets on duty, they instantly get moved into a supervisors unit, this means that they must patrol with the supervisor and learn how to properly play PD with the supervisor. Once an Officer becomes a senior officer, they will then be allowed to patrol freely by themselves.

Why should this be added?:
- This should be added, because too many uneducated pistol cops shoot people in scenarios were they shouldnt, for example shooting unarmed people, shooting a hostage taker who has a grenade in their hand which ends up killing many people

What negatives could this have?:
- Would push a lot of people away from being a cop, as they must progress to be able to do certain things by themselves

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Allow more hostage negotiation RP, as many crims dont negotiate anymore as they know 100% that a stupid pistol cop will just shoot them for no reason

There is a lot more down sides that you could've honestly added.

A few I can think of right away are:

- Supervisors will play less or enjoy playing way less as they'd be forced to patrol with people they do not want to patrol with.
- People coming to play purely for the police RP are restricted to having to wait for an available supervisor to patrol with them.
- A lot of supervisors will most likely resign as they cant play the game properly with friends whenever they want to.

Due to these reasons, you will get less cops that want to play and also less supervisors, and we already have a shortage.
An idea like this might be good on paper, but is not possible gameplay wise.

I love helping newer cops, but as a supervisor myself I don't want to constantly do it, sometimes I just want to get on and chill with my friends. If you want/need help come up to me and ask, it shouldn't be forced on us as some of us have other duties also.

Pretty much what others have already said

This will just make getting on cop as a SGT+ feel like an actual job as considering how many pistol cops there are compared to supervisors you'd probably be paired with one 24/7

Adding onto this point. Due to the amount of pistol cops vs the amount of supervisors, most supervisors would be paired with multiple pistol cops at one time. Furthermore, would it just be Sergeants? As a major would have considerably more duties than a Sergeant would.

Our job as supervisors is to manage pistol cops during situations, it doesn't mean we need to patrol with them 24/7.

This is the perfect response

The only possible way is to add the common issues into the officer application, a new application has been ready for a bit but please send me a PM with the most common issues so we can see if we can add them into it so they’d at least have somewhat of better knowledge before becoming an officer.

Thank you
