Suggestion Title: Material Discounts
Suggestion Description: There will be discounts on certain crafting materials from 10% up to 50% on certain popular crafting materials, there will be discounts for
Plastic, Polymer, Glue, Glass, Metal Rods, Metal, Polish, Rods, Paint, Springs, Brass Bulk exc.
It will occur three times in a day and will last 1 hour, the timing is random or it can occur regularly every 7 hours, (after reset), i think it would add more profit and more strategy towards the bazaar crafting business, which would let you buy guns for up to 50% cheaper and sell them at the same price if bought in correct times,

Why should this be added?:
- Making bazaar more profitable
- Making sales is not unrealistic
- Everyone will be happy
- It will be easier, cheaper and faster to get into crafting and the bazaar business to avoid people stepping that mechanic aside

What negatives could this have?:
- Too many people getting into crafting
- Bazaar deflation

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Bazaar being lightly unprofitable, for around 4 hours of work and time to sell you get around 50.000 profit-ish depending on what guns you craft and how active the bazaar is.

u make so little profit from bazaar and its so expensive to get into, just to start making actually good guns u need to spend around 1.5 mil on crafting and most of the guns you craft wont even sell so you have to do things that are lower lvl that actually sell which boost ur lvl even less, it takes so much time and money that its not worth the struggle for the profit really

Making bazaar more profitable
Bazaar will not be more profitable. First off crafting is something that nearly everybody does either for themselves or for their shop and the sales that you suggest happen 21 times a week which is quite a lot. This gives many opportunity for crafters to buy cheap crafting materials daily. The likely result of that would be a price reduction of course, but profit margins will most likely stay the same in order to stay competitive.

Example:
If a weapon that is crafted for $20,000 and the producer adds 20% on to it, the end price would be $24,000 AKA $4,000 profit for the crafter.
Now if that same gun gets crafted 50% cheaper (for $10,000) then a 20% margin would mean end price of $12,000 and only $2,000 profit for the same amount of time spent on crafting that gun.

Of course lower prices will bring demand, but for a short amount of time until the demand is met and players have every single gun because of how easy it is to make money and it just gets absolutely boring. The grind is what drives most people to grow, craft and buy weapons.

This would also make weapons a less effective money sink in general.

- Making sales is not unrealistic
I don't know what this means, but if you are saying that you can't sell any guns at Bazaar then I think your prices are either outrageous or your service is bad. Sales happen everyday, lowering the price of raw materials for everybody would make it even worse for the small crafter as bigger orgs have capital way above that of someone who is just starting off and can afford to work at a smaller margin because of the pure amount that they can craft daily.

- Everyone will be happy
Because? Sure raiders will be having a field day every day, but what about new players that are just starting off and don't have the skill or game knowledge to defend their base that good or the cops that will probably not be able to do anything since they will be on raid calls 24/7. Not to mention the people who have stacked more than 100 guns of each and all of a sudden their whole inventory is effectively worth 50% less than before.

This I do agree with. Newer players will be able to get in to crafting way easier than before, but the long term impact on the server is not worth it imo.

since the prices for crafting guns will be cheaper they probably will drop in price therefore the guns that actually make sense to defend a property with will be affordable for the standard budget player

i agree that 3 times a day is a bit excessive, maybe like twice per week would be more fair

this suggestion is very unbalanced, having a set time where its optimal to buy crafting supplies makes the game linear and cuts out a lot of rp where the Mayor can dictate whether or not the Bazaar is dead. To counter this, you could suggest maybe a new policy such as the food stamp policy where crafting supplies are cheaper at the expense of the city budget.
Currently I do not like this suggestion as, mentioned above, it devalues crafters and those with a large surplus of guns. The Bazaar is a competitive market and should not be made easier to be more noob friendly, it also isnt too hard to gather money for crafting supplies as there is plenty of legal and illegal ways to make money.
